We are seeking formotivated and organized Call Center Operators / Sales Agent to close sales andboost our customer base. You will utilize established leads and find new leadsfor potential customers. After making initial contact, you will present thebenefits of our products and services, helping them understand how theseproducts can enhance their everyday lives. We prefer candidates who have atleast two years of sales experience and a solid history of closing sales, butwe are willing to train the right person.

Position Responsibilities:

·        Research potential leads from businessdirectories, web searches, or digital resources

·        Effectively promote and explain the company’sproducts to potentially clients, via phone, whatsapp or email.

·        Contact potential customers through phone callsand emails

·        Determine customer needs and offer product orservice solutions and support

·        Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies

·        Close sales and lead customer through thepurchasing process

·        Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

·        Maintain a record of calls through ourcomputerized system

·        Create and maintain a database of prospectiveclients

·        Demonstrate good judgment and leverages pastexperience to plan and accomplish goals


Skills required:

        Ability to listen carefully and effectivelycommunicate complex topics with different types of clients

        Ability to grasp best practices and companypolicies and use them as needed with clients

        Ability to professionally handle complaints,even when working with unpleasant clients

        Accuracy of work with eye for detail incompleting documentation in system

        Ability to satisfy clients by going above andbeyond the call of duty for unique situations

        Ability to use automated information systems toanalyze client information and continuously

·        improve personal performance

        Ability to demonstrate a friendly style and workeffectively under pressure when needed


Other Minimum Qualifications:

        Strong inter-personal skills, ability to relatewell to clients, fellow employees and company


        Fluency in English

        Proficiency in the use of commonly used phonesystem, PC software, Email, and Internet

        Problem solving skills which require exercisingindependent judgment

        In-depth understanding of company services andits position in the industry

        Understanding of privacy issues and regulationsand ability to maintain strict client confidentiality
